I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The rooms were very spacious, and the service was top-notch. The location was perfect for exploring the city, and although the dining options were not in the hotel itself, there were plenty of nearby choices. I enjoyed the facilities, especially the comfy bed and the thoughtful room decorations.

Rooms

My room was huge and very spacious, although a little dusty in some places like where the TV was and window sills.
Service

The staff went all out with banners and balloons for a 40th surprise, and they were fantastic, very approachable, and friendly.
Location

The hotel is right in the centre of Liverpool, near the city center and the Liverpool Empire Theatre, making it convenient for exploring and entertainment.
Dining
6.0
Although the restaurant was shut, the dining options in a cafe over the road were not very good, so we opted to cancel breakfast; however, being centrally located meant we could find plenty of dining choices nearby.

The hotel offered me the comfiest bed I've ever slept in and an amazing size room.

The hotel is in a great location for the town center and I would definitely stay here again. The rooms were lovely and very helpful, but at times a bit cold. The two single beds were not up to the quality of the Executive Suite I had booked at Castle Street. It can get ridiculously hot in the summer with no opening window or air conditioning.

Rooms
7.0
The rooms were lovely and very helpful. Could be a bit cold at times and not as high quality as expected compared to the Executive Suite at Castle Street. Can get quite hot in the summer with no ventilation.
Service
8.0
The staff were too friendly, even going all out with banners and balloons for a 40th surprise. However, they were not always in reception or seen sitting with friends at reception. They did ask for a credit card for potential damages.
Location
9.0
The location is brilliant, being right near Liverpool One and very close to the heart of Liverpool. It is fantastic with many dining options and bars within walking distance, as well as being just minutes away from Liverpool One shopping center.
Dining
7.0
Dining options were not included in the price of £270 for 2 nights, so had to be sought elsewhere. There are plenty of good eating places nearby, mainly a cafe across the road for breakfast.
Facilities
The hotel lacks proper cooling mechanisms in the rooms, which can be uncomfortable in the hotter seasons.

The service was exceptional, with a friendly and accommodating staff that went out of their way to assist and make the stay comfortable. The location was superb, surrounded by numerous restaurants, bars, and shops, making it convenient for exploration. The on-site dining experience, although limited, provided delicious options. Overall, a great value for a stay in the heart of Liverpool.

I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The rooms offered a fantastic view and comfortable bedding, but there were noticeable signs of wear and tear that indicated the need for refurbishment. The warm night was made bearable with the help of two large fans provided. The service was exceptional, with staff being extremely helpful, apologetic, and accommodating. The location was perfect for exploring Liverpool, right in the midst of the bustling city center and close to many attractions. However, the dining experience was limited, with no flexibility offered for late checkout. Despite the ups and downs, the value for money was reasonable.
